Once we receive your payment we will arrange the delivery of your item as soon as possible & we will deliver your order to the specified address. We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages and they will deliver your package by the third working day after posting and this includes Saturdays however this service is not guaranteed.

UK First Class Recorded Delivery - £4 for all orders.

Free Delivery - available on orders over £75.

International Delivery: Please Email us your requirements.

Next Day Delivery - £8 for all orders.(order before 3:30pm, excludes orders placed sunday).

RETURN GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods in the original condition and with tags still on within 14 days and Jolly Soft Toys will replace or refund your order. Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order if you email ‘orders@jollysofttoys.co.uk’ within 7 days of despatch or by using our contact form.

POST & PACKAGING
You will be responsible for the return cost unless the order was damaged or sent to you in error.

STANDARDS
If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect please return them within 14 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item. Please have your invoice with you to do this.
